| Commercial stage
Our potential customers are contacted by our commercial department,
which is available for supplying corporate documentation.
Customers may ask for estimates by presenting their projects
on paper or any type of electronic file (CAD). The requests
can be made in Italian, English, French and Russian and the
drawings can be expressed in the decimal as well as in the
Anglo-Saxon system.
The estimates are vetted and the customer receives a reply
within 24 hours upon reception of the request.
The estimate indicates the contract and payment terms, the
materials used and the inspections in the site of assemblage.
For special requirements, the material can be directly chosen
at the extraction quarry or at the importer's warehouse.
The estimate is confirmed and becomes binding when the letter
of credit (for international orders) or bank guarantee (for
domestic orders) is issued, and the regulation commitments
therein defined.
Production stage
The different working phases start once the contracts terms
and conditions are defined.
Should the complexity of the project require it, templates
or shapes of the work are carried out in order to cut the
material correctly or to set the work of the machines.
At this point, human technical contribution ends leaving
scope for machine precision, competence and tirelessness.
They work 24 hours a day requiring only supervision and replacement
of the worn parts (such as diamond tools).
After finishing the cuts, if requested by the customer, the
work is mounted in the laboratory in order to check the work
mounted on site. The representatives of the client check the
middle assembly of the work and evaluate any possible correction.
Shipment stage
Once the work is finished, it is classified according to
the shipment requests, packaged and ready to be shipped by
road and by container.
The delivery of the product may occur ex-factory or free-on-board,
according to the customer's requests.
